Showing that sustainable structures can be sexy, architect Shelby Navarro and builder Micky Payne teamed up to create a building with the highest level of government certification in sustainability – Leed Platinum. Built to last, these striking lofts feature numerous energy savers. Recycled materials are used throughout the lofts, the flooring is bamboo and there’s a rainwater harvesting system. The entire design is simple, flexible and open. Our judges called it “Spectacular!” adding that it proves the future is now for sustainable structures. Another called the lofts “a beautiful, inspiring home.” Congratulations, to the greenest part of Green Country, and our Business Environmental Excellence award winner, One Architecture of Tulsa!
