Create a video clip everyone will be talking about!
Keep Oklahoma Beautiful is asking young people to take action in the fight against litter and illegal dumping in Oklahoma!
High School and Post-Secondary students are challenged to tackle this issue in a video that conveys that littering is costly, deplorable, illegal and just downright wrong. The winning video clips will appear across the internet sparking a campaign to encourage personal responsibility as the foundation for keeping Oklahoma beautiful. After all entries have been judged, the top 4 winners in each division will be uploaded to KOB's Facebook page, where the public will vote for their favorite.
The winning videos will be posted on KOB's website, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube page!
Winners will also receive a cash prize of $750!
Entries must be created by students and will be judged in the following divisions:
- High School (grades 9-12 )
- Post-Secondary (colleges, universities, technical and community colleges, etc.)
Students in public, private and parochial institutions, as well as those who are home schooled are eligible to participate.
Registration opens on August 20 closes on November 15.
Submission of completed videos will be made online beginning at any time after you register. All videos must be received no later than December 31, 2016 at 11:59 PM!
