Keep Oklahoma Beautiful has EXTENDED THE DEADLINE TO SUBMIT AN ENVIRONMENTAL EXCELLENCE AWARD NOMINATION TO AUGUST 26.

Nominations are accepted in the following categories:

• KOB Youth Awards
• Business
• Community Effort
• Collegiate Effort
• K-12 Educators & Educational Institutions
• Government Programs
• Individual Achievement
• Nonprofit Organization

NEW for 2011 - KOB has made changes to improve and clarify the nomination process. Changes include:

• Enhanced Categories and Sub-Categories;
• Nominations accepted online only;
• and, in lieu of Letters of Recommendation, nominations are required to include a List of References.

Finalists will be honored and winners announced on Thursday, November 10, 2011 during the 21st Annual Environmental Excellence Awards Celebration at the Skirvin Hilton Hotel in Oklahoma City.
