Fresh Paint Days Applications Available

APPLICATIONS ARE NOW AVAILABLE FOR FRESH PAINT DAYS IN OKLAHOMA!

Is there a building in your community in need of a little TLC? Transform it with a 2011 Fresh Paint Days grant!

Selected participants will restore the exterior of a structure between September 3-16 with the use of paint donated by H.I.S. Coatings of Oklahoma City, a $75 stipend funded by Public Service Company of Oklahoma to purchase supplies and a lot of elbow grease by willing volunteers.

Worried about picking up your paint in OKC? Don't be! KOB will deliver your paint within a reasonable driving distance from your location.

Applications will be accepted only online and the deadline is July 12, 2011. You can find the application, project requirements, a tentative event calendar and much more here.

Keep Oklahoma Beautiful will select a winning project from among the participants to receive the BEST VISUAL IMPACT award during the 21st Annual KOB Environmental Excellence Awards November 10, 2011 in OKC.
