  • Need an invoice or our W9?

    Invoices are only available to those who have submit an affiliate request application in the past.

  • First time affiliate?

    You may be eligible for a scholarship covering your first year of dues! Scholarships are available on a first come, first serve basis for the fiscal year.

  • Half year dues?

    Prorated dues are only available to first time affiliates who join after December 1, 2026.
