KOB Affiliate Members Participate in Annual Affiliate Forum

In a day filled with education, team building and environmental camaraderie, over thirty people attended KOB's annual Affiliate Forum.

With instructional time in the morning and early afternoon, guest speakers from the OK Dept. of Environmental Quality, OK Dept. of Commerce, Enid Main Street and Greenshortz discussed a wide variety of topics: ODEQ's Clean Communities program, Main Street Beautification, ODEQ's Brownfield's program and composting. Greenshortz's Tom Mills led an instructional workshop where attendees were able to create their own DIY compost bucket to take home.

After the educational portion of the day, attendees moved onto the team building portion of the day, held at the ClimbUP Gym in OKC. There, participants worked on their teamwork skills in team building exercises and climbing activities.

The annual Affiliate Forum is one of the perks of becoming a KOB affiliate. To learn more about the benefits of KOB Affiliation, click here
