    Recognizes a business that has demonstrated environmental excellence through its people, project or program. 

  • Educators & Educational Institutions
    Educators & Educational Institutions

    Recognizes K-12 Institutions, Administrators, Teachers and Programs for initiatives that result in environmental awareness or improvement, or to college-aged students, faculty, staff or institutions for ecological achievement.

  • Special Interest Organizations
    Special Interest Organizations

    Recognizes civic clubs, neighborhood associations, churches, special interest groups, nonprofits, or statewide or local organizations who has excelled at environmental sustainability.

  • Community Volunteer
    Community Volunteer

    Recognizes a volunteer who helped build stronger communities through voluntary leadership and passion for KOB's mission.

  • Law Enforcement
    Law Enforcement

    Recognizes outstanding law enforcement officers or organizations who assist in ensuring the beauty and safety of the state.

  • Government Programs
    Government Programs

    Recognizes outstanding projects for municipalities, counties, state or tribal governments.

  • Team Builders
    Team Builders

    Recognizes a city, civic group, neighborhood association, special interest group or nonprofit that has collaborated with multiple other organizations, working together to achieve the shared goal of environmental sustainability.

  • KOB Affiliate Champions
    KOB Affiliate Champions

    Recognizes multiple individuals who have made significant contributions to a KOB Affiliate for three or more years.

How Judging Works:

  • A panel of community members will review nominations and select winners. 
  • One winner may be selected in each category. 
  • Categories may be split depending on the number of nominations. 
  • Keep Oklahoma Beautiful reserves the right not to award in one or more categories. 
  • The panel reserves the right to place nominees in categories other than one indicated on this nomination form. 
  • Judges may request additional information. 
  • Awards will be presented at the Environmental Excellence Celebration in November.
