Autumn Affiliate Assembly
This is the first ever Affiliate Zoom Workshop at this scale. Topics will include very important program updates, Keep Route 66 Beautiful, the 35th Annual Environmental Excellence Celebration, Affiliate Workshops, and more! This event will also be a good opportunity to ask questions for the KOB team and network with your fellow Affiliates. This event will count towards Affiliate Requirements as well.
Get ready for an enlightening lunch and learn event - Butt to Benches: Cigarette Recycling - This lunch and learn will introduce you to the world of recycling cigarette litter away from our street and into practical items like benches. They'll explore the process, its environmental benefits, and how we as a community can play a part in this sustainable effort.
The guest speaker is Lauren Nixon, Program Coordinator at OKC Beautiful. She works across all programs, with a particular focus on volunteer engagement and community initiatives such as LitterBlitz, Cigarette Litter Prevention, and Adopt-A-Park.
This event is hosted by the Oklahoma Recycling Association.
