Support environmental programs across Oklahoma by donating equipment, products, or services. In-kind donations provide essential resources for community cleanups, educational initiatives, and our annual Environmental Excellence event.
All in-kind donations may be tax-deductible. Keep Oklahoma Beautiful is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 73-0747023).
Current Needs
We accept in-kind donations in the following categories:
Environmental Excellence Event Auction
Each year, our Environmental Excellence event features a silent auction benefiting Oklahoma environmental programs. Auction donations help fund grants, supplies, and support for grassroots organizations across the state.
We accept auction items valued at $25 or more, including:
- Restaurant and retail gift certificates
- Oklahoma experiences and attractions
- Professional services
- Products from Oklahoma businesses
- Themed gift baskets
Auction donors receive recognition in event materials and social media.
Equipment Donations
Specific equipment needs include:
Power Washers: Used by community groups for sidewalk cleaning, graffiti removal, and beautification projects statewide.
Cleanup Supplies: Support litter prevention programs in communities across Oklahoma. We accept bulk donations of gloves, trash bags, and safety equipment.
Recycling & Education Materials: Help us provide environmental education resources to schools, libraries, and community organizations.
If you have equipment or supplies to donate that aren't listed here, contact us—we may be able to use them or connect you with affiliate organizations in your community.
How to Donate
To arrange an in-kind donation, contact us at admin@keepok.org with:
- Description of item(s) or service(s)
- Estimated fair market value
- Availability and delivery timeline
- Your organization name and contact information
We'll confirm whether we can accept the donation and arrange logistics.
Donor Recognition
In-kind donors receive:
- Recognition on our website in-kind donors list
- Social media acknowledgement (if desired)
- Tax deduction letter with fair market value confirmation
- Gratitude from communities across Oklahoma
