Keep Oklahoma Beautiful is partnering with HIS Paints to provide free, recycled, exterior, latex paint to communities along Oklahoma's stretch of Route 66. 

About the Program

Grant Value: $200 + Recycled Latex Paint

What's Included: 

  • Recycled, exterior, latex paint from HIS Paints
  • $200 stipend for painting supplies

Who Can Apply: Anyone with a plan to improve a public structure or community building. Private homes are not eligible. 

For private property projects: HIS Paints sells its recycled, exterior, latex paint at a very low cost. Contact them for more information! 

Grant Recipient Responsibilities

  • Recruit volunteers to paint your project

  • Get permission from the property owner

  • Pick up supplies at the nearest HIS Paint location, community hub, or other KOB partner

  • Complete a brief report with details from the event

Timeline

  • Applications Open: July 1, 2025
  • Recipients Notified: Ongoing
  • Final Report Due: Within 30 days of painting event
