Megan Malone joined Keep Oklahoma Beautiful in 2025 as Program Manager, bringing over a decade of experience in organizational operations, nonprofit leadership, and community-focused programming. 

They hold a SHRM-CP certification and a professional fundraising certificate from Boston University, and have worked with organizations across Central Oklahoma to strengthen internal operations, increase donor engagement, and support inclusive, mission-aligned growth.

At KOB, Megan oversees statewide initiatives like the Great American Cleanup, Paint Oklahoma Beautiful, and Keep Route 66 Beautiful—coordinating logistics, partnerships, and outreach to advance environmental sustainability and civic pride across the state. They are passionate about connecting people to meaningful action and helping communities turn big ideas into visible, lasting change.
