What Volunteering Involves

EEC volunteers work the event. Depending on the role, that might mean greeting guests at check-in, helping run the silent auction, directing attendees to their seats, or assisting with setup before the event and teardown after it ends. Most volunteer shifts cover the full event, so volunteers should plan to be on hand and working throughout the evening rather than attending as a guest.

Before You Register

Submitting this form is a request to volunteer, not a confirmation. We review every submission and select volunteers based on the roles we need filled that year. Not everyone who registers will be selected, and selection is not based on order of submission.

If you're hoping to attend the EEC as a guest, tickets are available here, and that may be a better fit than volunteering.
