KOB's Workplace Cleanup Program helps Oklahoma businesses organize impactful environmental cleanup events — from a small team picking up litter on their lunch break to a multi-day company-wide waste collection effort. KOB handles the coordination, supplies the equipment, and makes sure your team shows up ready to make a real difference.

What's Included

Every Workplace Cleanup Program event includes:

Safety vests, gloves, and trash bags for all participants
Trash picker rental (free for up to 5 business days; $25 per picker per day thereafter — 10 pickers maximum per event)
Social media recognition from KOB's channels
Certificate of participation for your records and internal communications
Permission to use the KOB logo in your own event communications
Listing on KOB's public events calendar if desired
Up to 10 complimentary KOB t-shirts, plus 15% off additional shirts
GAC registration credit for events held March 1–May 31 (your event counts toward the Great American Cleanup and receives national Keep America Beautiful recognition)
Event recap report documenting volunteers engaged, area covered, and estimated litter collected

Pricing

Workplace Cleanup Program pricing is based on event size and scope. All events require a minimum 30-day lead time from request submission to event date.

Standard Cleanup Events:

1–10 participants: $500
11–20 participants: $750
21–50 participants: $1,000
51+ participants: $1,250 + $10 per participant over 50

Multi-Day Waste Collection Events:

Starting at $1,250 + cost of vendors + $100 per day
Pricing confirmed after scope review

Priority scheduling is given to current KOB event sponsors and Community Investors. All Oklahoma businesses are welcome to apply. Final pricing is confirmed after KOB reviews your request. We'll work with you to find the right fit for your budget and goals.

Once confirmed, KOB coordinates all logistics, so you can focus on gathering volunteers and showing up.

Capacity

KOB coordinates up to 5 Workplace Cleanup Program events per month. Submit your request early, especially for spring events during Earth Month and Great American Cleanup season.

KOB can coordinate events anywhere in Oklahoma. Good cleanup sites include:

GAC Season — Spring Priority

Events held March 1 through May 31 count toward the Great American Cleanup, Keep America Beautiful's national litter removal program. Spring events receive national recognition alongside thousands of cleanup events across the country. Space fills quickly during GAC season, so submit your request early.
