KOB brings together environmental organizations, community leaders, and advocates from across Oklahoma for workshops that build skills, share resources, and strengthen the statewide network. Topics vary each year based on what Oklahoma's environmental community needs most. KOB affiliates attend free — the public is always welcome too.
What to Expect
KOB workshops are practical, community-focused, and designed for people doing real environmental work in Oklahoma. Past workshops have covered topics including grant writing, community organizing, environmental education, and program development. Some workshops are held in person at locations around the state. Others are offered virtually. Each workshop is announced individually with full details on format, location, and registration.

KOB typically hosts two to four workshops each year, including a winter session and a late spring or early summer session. The 2026 schedule will be posted here as dates are confirmed.

KOB affiliates receive two free tickets to every workshop. If your organization wants to send additional team members, extra tickets are available at the public rate.
Not yet an affiliate? Affiliation is open to nonprofits, municipalities, religious organizations, homeowners' associations, and community organizations across Oklahoma — and costs $200 per year.
