Environmental Excellence Celebration - Auction & Event Items
The Environmental Excellence Celebration is KOB's annual fundraising gala, featuring a silent auction, raffle, and other events that benefit environmental programs across Oklahoma. We accept:
- Gift certificates from Oklahoma businesses ($25 or more in value)
- Dining, recreation, and entertainment experiences
- Products from Oklahoma makers and businesses
- Professional services valued at fair market rate
- Themed gift baskets
- Raffle and game prizes of any valueAuction and event donors receive recognition in event materials and on social media.

Cleanup Equipment
Used by KOB affiliates for community beautification and litter prevention projects statewide:
- Power washers for sidewalk cleaning, graffiti removal, and beautification projects
- Cleanup supplies including gloves, trash bags, trash grabbers, and hand sanitizer
- Safety equipment including vests and first aid kits
- Beautification tools including rakes, shovels, and pruning equipment -
Office and Program Supplies
Supporting KOB operations and affiliate resources statewide:
- Office equipment including computers, printers, and supplies
- Educational materials including books and teaching resources
- Marketing resources including printing and design materials
- Technology needs including software and equipment -
Professional Services
Expanding KOB's capacity to serve Oklahoma communities:
- Graphic design and marketing expertise
- Website development and technical support
- Photography and videography services
- Event planning assistance

How to Donate
To arrange an in-kind donation, contact us at admin@keepok.org or (405) 286-9141 with:
- A description of the item, service, or experience
- Estimated fair market value
- Availability and delivery timeline
- Your organization name and contact information
We'll confirm whether we can accept the donation and arrange logistics from there.
Tax Deductibility
All in-kind donations to Keep Oklahoma Beautiful may be tax-deductible. KOB is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 73-0747023). Upon acceptance of your donation, KOB will provide a written acknowledgement letter confirming the fair market value for your records. Consult your tax advisor for guidance on deductibility of non-cash contributions.
