Do you know someone doing exceptional environmental work in Oklahoma? Six community awards recognize outstanding contributions across the state. Nominations are open June 1, 2026 through July 15, 2026. The form takes approximately 20 minutes to complete.

Business Excellence Award
Recognizes for-profit businesses that have demonstrated measurable environmental impact through people, project or program.

Government Excellence Award
Recognizes governments who operate programs or projects that demonstrate measurable environmental impact to their community.

Higher Education Excellence Award
Recognizes educational institutions for initiatives that result in measurable environmental awareness or improvement.

Communal Excellence Award
Recognizes a person or organization that has helped build a stronger community through their voluntary leadership and passion for their community.

Collaborative Excellence Award
Recognizes a partnership of two or more entities who has collaborated to achieve a shared goal of environmental improvement.

Law Enforcement Excellence Award
Recognizes outstanding environmental law enforcement officers and code enforcement personnel who ensure the beauty and safety of their community.

KOB Affiliate Organization Champion Volunteer Award
Recognizes individuals who have worked or volunteered 5+ years within their local Affiliate to make significant contributions to their community. Associated affiliate organization must be in good standing with KOB.
How It Works
- Submit your nomination using the form above before July 15, 2026.
- A review committee evaluates all nominations in late July and early August.
- Finalists are notified in early August.
- Winners are announced at the Environmental Excellence Celebration on October 29, 2026.
